• 30 years experience in all facets of Lans Surveying, Platting, Boundary line adjustments and construction staking 
• FEMA/Pierce County Sheriff Search and Rescue
• Columbia Shuttle Recovery
• Outside of work, Seth enjoys doing yard work with his wife. He has a Belgian Malinois named Scarlett. They have 4 cats (all different breeds and attitudes.)
• Seth cooks dinner just about every night on one of his Traeger grills or on his new Loco Flattop grill
• Seth and his wife enjoy simple country living
