Dave Simmons began his construction career in 1999 building custom barns of the finest quality. The desire to take on a more challenging endeavor, Dave began building custom homes and from the ground up. Preceding his reputation of exceeding quality and customer service, Dave moved his business to the Wenatchee area in the spring of 2012. Prior to the move, he built for those of the Cle Elum and Ellensburg areas. Dave’s experience includes not only custom barns and homes, but commercial projects including the remodel of the Ellensburg Train Depot.

Dave strives to exceed his customer’s expectations and offers the highest level of customer service that is now, a thing of the past. As a family built home we chose this Craftsman/Rustic style to incorporate a warm and rugged feel.
