Eric Cooper started First Home United Contractors, Inc. in 1996 but his experience with the greater Wenatchee Valley housing industry spans more than 26 years. Eric recognized the void in a specific niche of the housing market: "I knew from my 20 years as a co-owner of Cooper Mobile Homes, that first time home buyers had limited options for new homes in an affordable price range. I wanted to be able to offer them the option of a custom designed home they could afford. That is the philosophy of First Home United Contractors."
