Eric Cooper started First Home United Contractors, Inc., in 1996, but his experience with the greater Wenatchee housing industry spans more than 26 years. Eric recognized the void in a specific niche of the housing market: "I knew from my 20 years as co-owner of Cooper Mobile Homes that first time home buyers had limited options for new homes in an affordable price range.
