Plan Package Information

What is included with your plans?

Each set will include between six and twelve pages including the following:

  1. Cover Sheet – General notes of project, square footage, symbols, sheet index
  2. Floor Plans - fully detailed with rooms sized.
  3. Exterior Elevations – depicting heights, exterior finishes, roof pitches, usually two sheets.
  4. Building Sections - one to four depending on complexity of structure.
  5. Roof Plan – Layout and orientation of roof plains, overhangs and bearing locations.
  6. Details – Structure components and assembly details of materials.
  7. Specifications – Documentation detailing requirements and standards to be met during construction.
  8. Foundation Plan – denoting crawlspace, basements or slab.
  9. Joist Plan – denoting layout of floor systems and potential plumbing fixtures.
  10. Electrical Fixture Layout – Can be added for an additional fee.
