  • Truss Engineering Specifications Sheet or Truss Verification Letter
  • Legal Description, Parcel Number and Assessor's Parcel Map
  • Septic Permit (Health District) or Sewer Hookup or Re-Use number
  • Water Supply Availability Certification
  • Electrical Permit
  • Driveway Permit
  • Legal Access
