Tower Designs

Tower Designs was started in 2000 to provide site evaluations and designs of on-site sewage disposal systems.

Keith Tower has worked on his own for the last 10 years. Prior to that, Keith spent 10 years at the Chelan-Douglas Health District in their wastewater and drinking water divisions.

Tower Designs is a member of the Washington On-Site Sewage Association and the National On-Site Wastewater Recycling Association.

Keith Tower is a licensed on-site wastewater designer; license #5100188. This vocation requires annual continuing education credits.

When Tower Designs receives a request to do a specific job, depending on the season, a jobsite visit will occur within a week and a design produced within 1-2 weeks after that.

2009 Design Fees:

• Site evaluation $350
• Design: the fee depends on the complexity of the system.
• Typical prices for residential systems (larger systems are more expensive):
  • Conventional gravity system: $350
  • Simple pressure distribution system: $650
  • Sand filter system: $750
  • Adventex Treatment system with a sub-surface drip disposal treatment system: $850
• Evaluation for subdivision
  • First lot: $350
  • Each additional lot(s): $100-$150
